Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document integrity.
Utilize Office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for daily tasks.
Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently.
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense tracking.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing systems and supply inventory management.
Provide administrative support such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.

Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage front desk duties confidently.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele and team members.
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills for documents and correspondence.
Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for this role.
