Aurora Hardwood is a family owned and operated flooring manufacturer/distributor based in Kennesaw, GA that began in 2010. Not only do we offer engineered hardwood products with wood species from all corners of the planet, we also have a beautiful solid hardwood line and two amazing SPC lines with all the latest styles and colors.

We're looking for trainable and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for securing new clients and developing long-term relationships with key decision makers. The right candidates will enjoy the opportunity to develop their sales skills in a professional atmosphere, and will often take part in business trips, trade shows, and travel from Georgia to Florida frequently. And, we will cover for your traveling expenses.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to standard ethical expectations of a sales representative.
Be professional and thorough when meeting with customers and follow up with them as appropriate.
Communicate with customers via e-mail or text.
Communicate with customers by telephone or face to face.
Follow all sales protocol and procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Salary will be based on Sales Experience plus Commission (Please disregard the $2,500 monthly pay)
1 year or more in flooring related and sales experience is required
