We are looking for the right person to join the team at Ayo & Iken. We currently need one attorney for our Orlando office, and possibly for an office in Tampa Bay. We would consider assisting with relocation.

Candidates with extensive family law experience are preferred and will experience rapid success in our firm. But we will also consider someone that wishes to change practice areas, has significant litigation experience, and is willing to be realistic about their starting salary in a situation where we will provide training and hand holding.

If you join our team, Ayo & Iken will provide a base salary that exceeds your current, documented base salary. Our bonus system will give you the incentives that recognize your love for family law, and the many years of hard work you went through to reach this point.

* The total compensation will be a combination of a base salary and a monthly bonus. We have enough incoming case leads to rapidly build up a case load, which will insure a satisfying stream of billing and bonuses.

Ayo & Iken has a full range of software systems that enable remote work. We can customize an ideal compensation package depending on your preference to work full-time, part-time, and if you desire, to come into an office. We do prefer you to keep office hours but we are flexible for the right candidate.

An Ayo & Iken attorney may question a legal issue, preferences of a specific judge, or ideas on how to approach a new situation. Our Orlando office has an experienced family-law paralegal that will be fully dedicated to this position. We have a professional management structure in place to train and supervise non-attorney staff members. Our goal is to take all non-legal duties off of your back so you can do what you went to school for – practicing law.

Ayo & Iken works to protect our attorneys from malpractice or trust violation claims:

Our procedures work to protect you from baseless claims. Our trust accounting procedures ensure strict compliance with all Bar rules. Because we are so protective, we have never had a client complaint impact the licenses of any of our attorneys. But in the off chance something may go wrong in the future, Ayo & Iken carries high-limit malpractice coverage with integral license defense coverage.
