Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the maintenance and repair of marine vessels. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on marine vessels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, propellers, and steering systems
- Install and test new equipment or systems
- Perform precision measurements using specialized tools and instruments
- Solder electrical connections and rig wiring systems
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Marine Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of marine systems and components
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with military-grade equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in tight spaces
