Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Jewelry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and display jewelry merchandise effectively
- Provide product knowledge and technical sales assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times

Qualifications:
- Experience with cash handling and retail math
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of jewelry products and materials is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
