We re seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our Italian kitchen team and ensure exceptional dining experiences. This role blends hands-on kitchen management with strategic menu planning, inventory control, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance with health standards
Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
Assist in planning and developing menus that highlight Italian cuisine
Monitor and manage kitchen budgets to maximize profitability
Lead and support a team of 2 5 kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Italian Pizza, seafood & Pasta
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Experience with inventory management and budgeting
Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management and vendor relations abilities
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
