Bungalows Key Largo is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Associate to support daily resort operations. This role is critical to ensuring all departments receive the products and materials they need to deliver a 5-Star guest experience.

Position Summary

The Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing all deliveries for the property. This position works closely with multiple departments and requires strong organization, accountability, and a hands-on work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
Distribute requisitioned items to appropriate departments daily
Assist with unloading, setup, and removal of deliveries as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and storage areas
Operate and maintain resort golf carts, including routine cleaning and upkeep
Follow all safety, inventory, and resort procedures
Communicate effectively with management and team members

Qualifications

Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or related field preferred, but not required
Resort or hospitality experience a plus, but not required
Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset

Schedule & Work Details

Full-time position
Days off: Monday & Tuesday
Day shifts
Weekends and holidays required
On-site position (one location)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and transport 10–50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to reach up to 3 feet
Clear communication with guests, management, and co-workers
Neatly groomed, professional appearance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
