Job Overview:

Circa Service Group is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to fill immediately available openings for data entry agents!

Circa Service is a growing plumbing and HVAC company providing service in the state of Florida. As a data entry agent for Circa Service, you will review emails from our service partners and customers in order to:

Enter work orders into our proprietary order management software, ensuring accuracy of information
Add updates to existing work orders including work item updates, equipment updates, and order status updates.
Add correct and appropriate notes to jobs, changing order status and job flags as needed.
Communicating with other members of the office staff when urgent updates or changes have been made.
Ensure portals for our service partners are
Perform other tasks related to data entry as needed.

All candidates must have:

A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 24 Mbps download speed.
The ability to work effectively from home, with a workspace free from distractions. (Having your own computer with windows 10 or higher is a plus.)
Prior experience in a role involving moderate to high levels of data entry.
A high school diploma or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 1 year of experience in a role involving moderate to high levels of data entry.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have a moderate or higher proficiency level with Microsoft products including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
