Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

Engage with Qualified Prospects: Communicate with individuals who are eligible for Medicare to discuss their insurance options.
Guide the Enrollment Process: Assist clients through each step of the Medicare enrollment, ensuring they understand their choices and benefits.
Represent Major Carriers: Get appointed with leading insurance carriers in your area to offer their Medicare plans.
Receive Comprehensive Support: Benefit from extensive training and ongoing guidance, with reimbursement available for licensing costs to help you succeed.

Strong Closer: You have a proven track record of closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets.

Licensed or Willing to Obtain: You either hold a current insurance license or are willing to obtain one (we offer reimbursement for licensing costs).
