The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for organizing, reviewing, and maintaining company and client records. This position ensures documents are accurate, complete, properly filed, and easy to access. The role also involves entering information into computer systems, updating records, communicating with team members, and protecting confidential information.

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records.

Review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Enter and update information in electronic systems.

Track missing or incomplete documentation.

Communicate with staff, clients, and other departments as needed.

Maintain organized electronic and digital files.

Ensure confidential information is handled securely.

Follow company policies and documentation procedures.

Complete assigned administrative tasks and reports.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, documentation, records, or data-entry experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently .

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Pay: From $29.88 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 9.0 per week
