Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship-building
- Negotiate deals and close agreements to maximize profits
- Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits
- Utilize software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients in person (If needed)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through proactive selling techniques
