You must currently live in Key West and be knowledgeable of tourist activities, attractions and restaurants.

We are looking for a reliable, self motivated individual with exceptional guest service, multitasking, computer, and communication skills to join our professional yet fun team. Hospitality and or experience with Room Master are a big plus!

40+ hours per week over time available.

You will need to be able to help guests up stairs with luggage as needed. (50lbs)

Have a general knowledge of booking.com extranet and Expedia Partner Central.

Having Innquest, RoomMaster experience is a big plus!

Be able to work between 11am and 9pm week days, weekends and holidays.

Willing to answer on-call phone from 9pm - 7am to give lock out instructions.

$21.00-$23.00 Hourly wage + commissions and bonuses

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using computer systems.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems, providing information and support as needed.
Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest relations and overall service quality.
