We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Watersports Desk Agent to be the face of our watersports operation. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the ocean lifestyle, this is the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist with bookings, check-ins, and questions
Manage reservations and maintain accurate trip manifests
Provide excellent customer service and promote watersports activities
Coordinate with captains and crew to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle payments and maintain a clean, professional desk area

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Basic computer and reservation system skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Hospitality, tourism, or watersports experience
Knowledge of boating, snorkeling, or fishing activities
