We are a busy construction company, looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Bookkeeper/Project Assistant to help with the running of the day to day management of the company. The applicant should have a working knowledge of Quickbooks.

Any experience with construction management software, an understanding of the construction business and Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish would be preferable.

Other tasks include; responding to and staying on top of emails, filing, invoicing, ordering supplies and materials, help with preparing payroll, and liaising with clients.

Education & Other Experience requirements;

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
One to two years experience in an office setting
Quickbooks experience
Specific industry experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Hours 25 - 35 hours per week Monday - Friday
