Retail Sales Associate – Women’s Boutique - Old Town Key West

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our women’s boutique located in Old Town. The ideal candidate will bring a love of clothing & fashion, great customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in a retail environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a women’s boutique or similar fashion retail setting
Currently residing in the Lower Keys (applications outside this area will not be considered)
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating a personalized shopping experience
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends
Able to work ideally 20+ hours per week, but flexible based on schedule

Responsibilities:

Support daily boutique operations, including sales, customer engagement, and store presentation
Provide attentive, personalized service to help clients select outfits and accessories
Maintain organized and visually appealing displays and inventory
Foster customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
