We are a state wide roofing contractor and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both insurance and retail sales, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing territory assignments, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to maximize sales opportunities.

Roofing sales manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement.
Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Roofing sales manager Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in managing a sales team or territory management is highly desirable.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
