Days of Work: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Hours to be discussed)

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a GTS Charters and Outfitters Retail Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail location.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:
Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide expert advice on GTS operations and apparel.
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience.
Retail Sales:
Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail department.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked.
Keep track of low inventory items and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
Operational Tasks:
Perform retail duties, including but not limited to, stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Utilize computer systems for inventory management and sales transactions.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and move products weighing up to 30lbs.
Perform tasks independently, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work alone when necessary.
Attention to Detail:
Pay meticulous attention to detail in tasks such as inventory tracking, order processing, and customer service.

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Computer literate, with proficiency in using retail management software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous retail experience is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to legally work in the US.
