Job Details

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site construction activities for assigned projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and Craft Construction personnel.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.

Extensive experience with multi-family, condominium, clubhouse, and hospitality projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in construction management software and tools.

Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
