Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are prepared for new guests
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning and floor care techniques
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred
Familiarity with janitorial or custodial practices is a plus
Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when necessary
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
