Job Description:

As a Mortgage Originator at Lendmire, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Leveraging our extensive lending programs and cutting-edge technology, you'll work to close purchase loans efficiently, aiming for two weeks or less turnaround time. This is a 100% commission sales position, ideal for loan officers with an established referral network. While the position is remote, we prefer candidates who reside in Florida and have a strong local referral network.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate mortgage loans efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, lending programs, and compliance regulations.
Utilize our superior technology and resources to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
Exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mortgage loan originator.
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and best practices.
Established referral network preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Must reside in Florida.
Must have an FL Mortgage Loan Originator License.
