Must have own transportation and be reliable. Hours are 3 pm - 11 pm and 11am - 7pm.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone, emails and take reservations
Process payments
Optimistic and positive attitude
Provide friendly check-in and check-out services
Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner

Inspect Guest Rooms
Have knowledge of accommodations and amenities
Operate simple office equipment

Must be able to:

Speak, read, write and understand the English language
Compute accurate mathematical calculations
Provide legible communication and directions
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Prioritize, organize and multitask
