Duties

Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining records
Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed efficiently
Facilitate communication between departments by distributing memos, updates, and important notices promptly
Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support the organization of company events, training sessions, and meetings to foster a collaborative work environment
Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information when needed
Respond to inquiries from staff and external partners with professionalism and clarity

Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative or office management roles with a focus on organization and multitasking
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude
Strong proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to anticipate needs before they arise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
