Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive entertainment experience. The Sales Associate/Server will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall presentation of the business.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handling transactions with precision.
Assist in maintaining stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and restocking as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Obtain food handler certification (in house training)
Prepare and deliver simple food items.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and assisting with pricing inquiries.
Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
