Our ideal candidates possess a minimum of two years of online teaching experience and are well-acquainted with resources like Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field
Possess a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or ESL certificate

Requirements:

Passion for working with students aged 5-18
Proficient in English
Demonstrate at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, particularly with Chinese students (preferred)
Familiarity with Reading Explorer/Great Writing or equivalent Reading/Writing materials
Capability to teach creative writing
Familiarity with materials such as Unlock and Think

Skills:

Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in establishing rapport with students
Patience and empathy in guiding students' learning journey
Adaptability to diverse learning styles
