Essential Functions:

Maintains a friendly and caring demeanor at all times in a fast-paced environment.

Be intuitive to guest needs, anticipates needs in job performance, being proactive instead of reactive.

Completes all checklists as assigned and keeps guest room door open while working in the guest room, and lock the door properly when leaving the room.

Laundry of all linen.

Cleans guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards.

Responsible for removing soiled bed and bath linens, and replaces with clean linens.

Responsible for removing trash from rooms, clean bathroom area, dust all surfaces.

Responsible for sweeping rooms and mop floors.

Reports unusual circumstances and maintenance requests to Hotel Manager.

Leaves all guests belongings in stay-over rooms unless they have been discarded in the trash.

Attends to guests courteously, proactively and efficiently.

Ensure safety, maximum security, and confidentiality to guests and hotel at all times.

Keeps master keys secure and returns them at the end of each shift.

Turns in articles left in a room to Hotel Manager for proper “Lost & Found” handling.

Reports all potential and real hazards immediately.

Also other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
