As a team member, you can work closely with the owner, who splits his time between Key West and New York. You'll collaborate directly with our skilled captains and trusted vendors, gaining hands-on experience in the boating and hospitality sectors. Our current operations manager has been hired as a consierge company in Key West!

The owner, a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience, is dedicated to mentoring you. He'll share invaluable industry insights, tips, and tricks to help you develop your skills and prepare for future opportunities in prominent hospitality firms.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote our boat charter services.

- Manage website social media accounts, creating engaging content to attract and retain customers.

- Organize and streamline administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

- Prepare the boat for charter (first mate opportunities available for a change in the daily routine).

- Assist with light bookkeeping, including invoicing and expense tracking.

- Ensure all necessary certifications and licenses are current and compliant with state and local regulations.

- Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the owner, captains, and vendors to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

This diverse set of responsibilities will allow you to play a key role in our company's success while gaining valuable skills in the hospitality and boating industries.
