Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, restocking as necessary.
Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
Assist with banquet services or special events as needed, ensuring timely service during high-volume periods.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
Experience in food service or bartending within a nightclub or similar environment is preferred.
Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
