Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating and minimize wait times
Assist bartenders and servers by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and restrooms through regular cleaning and sanitation practices
Support food preparation activities as needed, including assembling garnishes or assisting with basic kitchen tasks
Handle bussing duties with professionalism, including collecting dishes, trash removal, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the venue
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy nightclub or banquet events

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Experience working with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment
Previous experience in nightclub settings, banquet events, or hotel food service is advantageous
Demonstrated reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in fast-paced environments
