Overview

TenneX Legal is hiring an experienced Florida-based paralegal to assist attorneys with high-volume legal document preparation in family law and civil litigation. This role requires strong drafting, legal research, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

Draft legal motions, oppositions, amendments, and pleadings for attorneys.
Prepare requests for hearings, orders for default judgment, modifications of custody and child support, and enforcement motions.
Identify and correct deficiencies in legal filings.
Conduct detailed legal research to support attorneys in case preparation.
Maintain professional communication with attorneys regarding case updates and deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in Florida family law and civil litigation.
Extensive experience in legal drafting, research, and procedural filings.
Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures, case law, and e-filing requirements.
Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

This is a fully remote role with consistent legal document preparation work.
