**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the image of our establishment. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly - Process payments and maintain accurate guest records - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed **Skills:** - Experience in hospitality management or a related field - Proficiency in phone systems and office equipment - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service - Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, interact with diverse guests, and contribute to their overall experience.
