We are seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary / Bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ocean Reef, Key Largo.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
QuickBooks bookkeeping
Invoicing and billing
Preparing proposals and contracts
Construction permits and documentation
Scheduling inspections and subcontractors
Vendor coordination
Office administration and filing
Answering phones and assisting clients
Calendar management and scheduling
Maintaining organized project files

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of administrative/bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office software
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Construction industry experience is preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $20–24 per hour (based on experience)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
