We are currently seeking a talented and motivated full-time advertising specialist to join our team. This remote position is 40 hours at $20 an hour with the potential for raises and bonuses based on quarterly performance reviews. As a paid ads specialist, this individual will be responsible for onboarding and managing paid ad accounts for multiple clients on platforms such as Google Local Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and more. Previous experience in ad management is preferred but not required. From the ground up training will be available for this position. A background in digital marketing, data analytics, or some other tech based industry is preferable.

REMOTE POSITION - Florida

Responsibilities:

Becoming certified in different types of ad management through online courses
Onboarding clients and setting up their ad campaigns (Google Local Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebooks Ads, etc)
Managing existing ad campaigns
Managing lead tracking numbers and creating ad landing pages
Listening to phone call recordings to qualify and dispute invalid leads with Google
Creating monthly reporting videos explaining KPIs to clients
Exploring and innovating with new ad platforms, tools, and techniques (TikTok, Reddit, etc)
Communicating with clients in relation to their ads (answer questions, requesting additional documentation, providing suggestions, etc)
Coaching customers on best practices to increase lead conversion rates.
Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and client requirements
Willing to take constructive criticism and revise work
Participate in team meetings and collaborating with team members
Frequently communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and Google Meet
Assisting in other digital marketing related tasks when necessary

Requirements:

Fluent and articulate writing and communication skills
Proficiency in technology and ability to adapt to new tools and platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in finding solutions
Displays strong organizational skills
This position is remote but the individual must be based in Florida
Knowledge of digital marketing principles (desired, but not required)
Familiarity with industries we serve (home service, doctors, lawyers, wedding vendors, etc) (desired, but not required)

Qualifications:

Experience with organization of a professional workspace
Ability to analyze data
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
