Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and plating in the kitchen
- Ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to guests' needs and inquiries
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and efficient food delivery
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services
