Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire and Security Technician located in the Florida Keys. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for alarm and security systems, delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include system installation, routine maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of fire and security technology.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Knowledge in Information Technology and related systems
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Experience in fire and security systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
