Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will work closely with skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our projects while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on job sites.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
