WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 21+ years old
- 2+ years retail experience
- Confident cannabis knowledge – strains, products, consumption
- Great communicator with amazing customer service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and ready to thrive
- Weekend availability a must
- Able to pass a background check
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
- Basic math skills necessary for sales calculations and inventory management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to supervise staff members while fostering a positive team environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Welcome guests & make personalized product recommendations
- Provide top-tier service with cannabis education at the core
- Stay compliant with all state laws & dispensary protocols
- Keep the space clean, organized, and gorgeous
- Handle transactions & manage inventory
