Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting in various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
As a Construction Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operating basic construction tools and equipment as needed.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Performing physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time.
Experience
While prior experience in construction is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates who:
- Are physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Have good communication skills and can follow instructions accurately.
- Are willing to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
