A 30-Unit Community with an Active Rental Program
This is a boutique community comprised of townhomes and mid-rise condominiums with an active rental program. We are seeking an experienced, licensed CAM to oversee daily operations, support the Board of Directors, and ensure the community and rental program run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, inspections, vendor management, and staff oversight.
- Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, CC&Rs, and all applicable codes, licenses, and inspections.
- Partner with the Board of Directors by preparing agendas, reports, and meeting materials; record minutes and implement decisions.
- Manage financial responsibilities in collaboration with accounting, including budgets, assessments, payroll, and vendor payments.
- Oversee the community’s rental program, including licenses, guest communications, departures/inspections, and owner marketing support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and residents, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining positive community relations.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Florida CAM license.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Customer-service focus with the ability to balance the needs of owners, residents, and guests.
- Financial management experience; QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for both the physical property and the owner/rental experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and committed to maintaining a well-run, welcoming community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
