Summary: Responsible for the overall upkeep of the interior property. The role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the private residences and commercial building.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
- Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
- Cleans and disinfects kitchen and dining areas.
- Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
- Removes linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets.
- Places and neatly tucks clean sheets and blankets on beds and replaces pillowcases.
- Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.
- Picks up and empties trash containers.
- Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
- In commercial property, notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience.
Specialized Training:
Training related to proper sanitation practices.
