Position Overview
We are a faith-based, Christian organization seeking a Household & Personal Assistant to support a high-profile CEO by managing both her personal and professional lifestyle needs. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and flexibility, as it involves responsibilities ranging from household management and errands to styling, packing, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments where no two days are alike.
This position demands a high level of confidentiality, adaptability, and a strong service mindset, with availability during evenings, weekends, and travel assignments as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal & Household Support
- Manage daily personal needs including shopping, groceries, errands, and light cleaning/organization.
- Prepare and maintain wardrobe, packing, and travel logistics according to established preferences and SOPs.
- Assist with personal styling, hair, and appearance needs for television, events, and photo shoots.
- Oversee household maintenance by coordinating with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure a well-organized, neat, and professional household environment.
Professional Lifestyle Support
- Coordinate personal & beauty appointments, ensuring consistency with schedule demands.
- Oversee the book table setup, sales, and expense management when the Executive Assistant is unavailable.
- Record and submit all receipts after an event when the Executive Assistant is not available.
- Provide support during events, photo shoots, and travel to ensure smooth execution.
- Interface with the Executive Assistant on scheduling, prioritization, and task management.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when interacting with vendors, contractors, and public-facing situations.
Travel & Event Support
- Handle all packing, unpacking, and trip preparation with precision.
- Travel as needed to provide personal assistance on the road (wardrobe, errands, event prep).
- Manage on-site needs during conferences, speaking engagements, and special events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, lifestyle manager, or household manager.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience as a hair stylist preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Flexible schedule with availability during evenings, weekends, and travel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
- A “heart of a servant” mindset with a proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven approach.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Location: Primarily on-site at CEO’s residence, with errands and off-site tasks as needed.
- Hours: Full-time, non-traditional schedule; evenings and weekends required.
- Travel: Required for events, speaking engagements, and extended trips.

Pay: $44,359.14 - $53,421.76 per year
