Job Summary:
We are looking for hard-working, experienced, and friendly Flow Rider Instructor with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to instruct various skill levels from beginners to experts.
Essential Job Functions (Flow Rider Instructor):
- Responsible for the daily operation and safety of the Flow Rider.
- Provide excellent customer service and instruction.
- Interact with various types of customers from adults to children and their parents.
- Provide and fun and safe experience for Flow Rider customers.
Requirements:
- Have instruction, coaching or teaching experience.
- Proficiency in board sports (skimming, surfing, skateboarding, etc.).
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and have the upper body strength to assist customers in body boarding and flow boarding.
- Ability to work in a wet environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be dependable when it comes to attendance and punctuality.
- Must love the beach!!!!
