Beewise is hiring an experienced Beekeeper to support our large-scale commercial operations and cutting-edge robotic hive technology. This role is based in Fort Meade, CA, with regular travel required across California for pollination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain commercial bee colonies for large-scale pollination.
- Inspect hives, monitor colony health, and perform routine beekeeping tasks.
- Transport and set up hives in orchards and follow safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial beekeeping experience with large operations.
- Strong knowledge of hive management, pest/disease control, and pollination practices.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
