Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Team Member to join our warehouse and logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the workforce — no experience is required, and full training will be provided. As a Distribution Team Member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and shipped to customers on time. We’re looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment or delivery
- Load and unload products from trucks or pallets safely
- Organize, label, and store inventory in designated areas
- Verify and track shipments and deliveries
- Keep the distribution area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary — complete training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety and efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.56 - $25.97 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
