- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising strategies and stocking practices.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping atmosphere while supervising junior staff when necessary.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
