Job Summary
We are seeking a strong, motivated, and service-driven Association Property Manager to join our team in North Key Largo, Florida. This role will support and manage a portfolio of individually assigned condominium associations located within a prestigious master-planned community. The manager will coordinate operations, services, vendor activities, and maintenance requests on behalf of each Association’s Board of Directors while delivering an exceptional owner experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for an assigned portion of our portfolio
- Deliver superior customer service to owners, residents, contractors, and board members.
- Establish and maintain organizational systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and support property enhancement projects, preventative maintenance efforts, and aesthetic improvements.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor annual budgets; ensure compliance with budget guidelines and financial objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, monthly and annual reporting, and invoice review/approval.
- Implement strong cost-control practices, focusing on competitive bidding and favorable vendor contract negotiations.
- Assist Boards of Directors with meeting preparation, communications, and follow-through on directives.
- Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and specialty service providers to ensure timely and high-quality work.
- Enforce association rules, policies, and procedures professionally and consistently.
- Embrace new technology, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years minimum experience serving elite or luxury residential clientele.
- Prior experience in condominium or residential property management; working with Boards of Directors is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel.
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- CAM License preferred
- Demonstrated success in financial oversight, including budgeting and expense control.
- Working knowledge of landscaping, building systems, and community appearance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and property management software; must be willing and able to adopt new systems and technology.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,982.63 - $62,602.74 per year
