Position Overview
We’re currently expanding our roster of elite private chefs for upcoming household placements, luxury events, and short-term contracts.
This is not a standard Private Chef position — it’s an opportunity to represent Miami’s most exclusive private chef brand and serve discerning clients who expect the very best.
If selected, you’ll become part of the Miami Lux Elite Chef Network — a vetted group of chefs called upon for:
- Temporary or trial household coverage
- Private dinners & luxury events
- VIP client experiences
- Long-term placement opportunities (as available)
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized daily and weekly menus aligned with client preferences and nutrition goals
- Source and procure premium, fresh ingredients (farm-to-table standards)
- Execute plated meals, family-style service, or event-style dinners as requested
- Maintain a pristine, organized kitchen environment within private residences
- Manage inventory, grocery budgets, and vendor relationships
- Communicate professionally and discreetly with clients, staff, and management
- Coordinate with Miami Lux operations team for scheduling, feedback, and service updates
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of fine dining or private household experience
- Strong culinary technique and refined plating skills
- Experience working with UHNW clientele preferred
- Professional demeanor, well-groomed, and punctual
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable adapting to varied kitchens and service styles
Compensation & Benefits
- $450–$700+/day based on assignment and performance
