Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various tasks in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services, events, and facilities.
- Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown of equipment, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Provide support for children’s activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for young guests.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences through excellent customer service.
- Conduct public speaking engagements as needed during events or activities to engage guests.
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
- Assist with lifeguarding duties if certified, ensuring the safety of all pool or water area users.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong background in events management is a plus.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Certification as a lifeguard is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of resort operations is beneficial for enhancing guest interactions.
- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of guests during events.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for all visitors.
