- Manage and oversee daily operations of the landscaping and tree care department
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for the team
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscaping and tree care
```Skills```
- Experience operating a bucket truck for tree trimming and maintenance
- Knowledge of tree care techniques, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest control
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and safety compliance
