CMHC LLC, a fast growing truss manufacturer, is looking for an outside sales representative to service the Central Florida market
We are looking for 3 outside sales reps, 1 for Central Florida,1 for SW Florida and a SE Florida

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Trusses and framing practices preferred.
- Experience working with Custom home builders or similar projects.
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills. Ability to build strong interpersonal and business relationships.
- Comprehend and follow layouts and technical specifications.
- Effective time management skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic, positive and professional attitude
- Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- At least 2 years experience in Lumber, Truss, or a related field.
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Work, Outlook, Excel.
Responsibilities
- The Truss Sales Representative is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the company’s current customer base, soliciting new business and establishing good relationships with contractors/builders, reporting to the General Manager
- Manage complex Truss manufacturing projects for custom home builders
- Maintain current product knowledge of our product offerings, provide excellent customer service, and achieve standards for performance and profitability.
- Visit jobsites to facilitate resolving issues, sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.
- Manage customer expectations in a professional manner including scheduling, special orders, service issues, and past due accounts.
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, specifically with truss designers, scheduling and accounting.
*Competitive base salary plus commission.
