We are seeking a Full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk at the Opal Key Resort & Marina.
Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills, effective time management and follow up, moderate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft office, Opera, and Solomon).
Major responsibilities are: Group Billing, Tenant & Marina Billing, Customer Credit Approvals, Posting Payments, Credit Card Processing/Refunding, Charge Back Process, City/Guest Ledger
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm, however must be available occasional weekends & holidays
